On paper we should have won easily today - but not with this clueless manager. He should be given no money in January as he would not know what to do with it. Fact is he is finished.
Give it a rest...was it Wenger's fault Jenkinson shits his pants and gifts Swansea the 2nd goal? No, that's on Jenkinson, the same player that played out of skin at the home of the league champions.
The fact Jenkinson is our back up to Sagna is Weners fault. Buy cheap and pay for it later. Not good enough for Arsenal.
he's a fucking idiot mate, he probably thinks jenkinson was a rioch signing

If you can't see what's going on at Arsenal, and has been over the last few years then I don't know what to say. Wenger has his faults yes, but overall he's worked wonders to keep us consistently in the top 4 over the last few years where he's CLEARLY been hung out to dry by the board. Football changed the day billionaires came in and started buying trophies, and the fact we've remained at the level we have during that time is an achievement no matter how you probably can't see it. I promise you this..when Wenger leaves, we will not be in and around the top 4.

I don't believe Wenger is as good as he was, but him leaving will not see us progress like you think we will.

Wenger was quoted in the Evening Standard this week as saying he has "Integrity"

If that is true then he believes what the board are trying to achieve and he is therefore an integral part of the problem.

If he had integrity and thought the board was wrong then he would resign and/or speak out.

Wenger is deluded, he looks like Hitler in his final days of WWII. For his own health (and ours) he needs to go.

At the end of the day the board are happy as long as the cash is rolling in, Wenger will take all the flack in the meantime but they won't sack him, if we don't get 4th he will resign.

Put your only true striker on the bench, play a striker out on the wing and a winger in the striker position.
Only in Wengerworld does this crap make any sense whatsoever. The man is mad, there can be no doubt, he does not have a clue.

This spineless shit was always coming. I've just read that this is our worst start to a season since 1994-95 and we all know what happened to the manager that season, don't we? Wenker has reminded me of the last days of George Graham for about 5 years now so hopefully he'll go the same way.

Wow, what a complete and utter cock up.

It has to be said that regardless of the performance of individuals, it looks completely like they have lost faith with the manager. That they simply don't know what they are being asked to do.
The formation looks wrong to the extent that it is shackling some players and pissing off others.
Gervinho up front when we have an in form Walcott and Giroud available can only be down to a manager trying to force a formation/line up that is of his own making/stubborness not analysing the best players/formation to beat a side. It's simply not good enough at this standard.

Teams are a reflection of their manager in the same way scummy children are a reflection of their shit parents.

Children are not born evil or scummy, and the same applies for football teams, they are merely a reflection of their manager.

If that's the case then why do you have respect for a man who knows he's hung out to dry and says nothing? Maybe his huge yearly wage is keeping him quiet
ohh... sshh....don't mention the filthy lucre....we're skint remember....he CAN'T afford to spend on players....but can break the bank for himself....CLEARLY, we are a joke and have been ripped off for years...fact

Because he clearly cares about Arsenal....he could have jumped ship to Real Madrid, PSG and Chelsea years ago, but the bloke loves Arsenal. Look, I'm not a massive Wenger fan to the point I'll defend the indefensible (the press conference last weekend was absolutely embarrassing), but I've got a real issue with these fans who circle like vultures every time we go through a spell where things are tough. It's hypocritical...we get pissed off with players who don't show commitment and don't appreciate the shirt like we do...but we'll happily talk about sacking a manager who's given 15+ years to our club whenever the going gets tough.
Looking like EIGHT years without a trophy

So basically he should have a job for life on the basis of his past achievements and loyalty? That seems to be the underlying rationale behind your post. You can't reason with that.

I always refer to management because they are all culpable.

Wenger has been 100% incapable of delivering a defence capable of winning trophies. When we had Cesc Fabregas that team was capable of at least winning an FA Cup. The League would have needed more investement of course, but the only time we boosted our squad was last season when we looked like we wont finish in the top 4.

That brings me to my next point. The board and the owner had absolutely no ambition for winning a trophy. If wenger could deliver the CL cash every year they would be happy, and he has done that. But they have taken the fans for granted.

Wenger is not a deity, he was a very talented man who amongst his talents took advantage of a under utilised scouting network. Now days all top quality players have a price tag, a price tag we cannot afford. We're not going to get a Henry or a Pires or even an Eduardo da Silva being under utilised. We have to pay the relevant price. Now you need a board and a owner willing to do that. Ours are not willing to do so.

They have destroyed the great relationship with their paying customers (fans) over the past 6 years. Its over. We need change, from the manager right up to our frugal owner who really couldn't give one about footballa
