"Sack the Board" - anti board protests.

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Re: Sack the Board

i just emailed the BSM this :
Can I suggest that the BSM symbolically deliver P45's (advice of leaving employment form) filled out with the clubs name and Hillwood and Gazidis' names on them to the club's front doors before the west brom game.

i'd email a pdf copy to the papers too.

you could sign it 'the fans'

the forms are online and can be printed on line, if some one has cardboard they can be printed on A3 cards.

members can print two off to wave at the boardroom.

i think this would be a very cheap and non-abusive way to make our point.

forms are here :

http://search2.hmrc.gov.uk/kb5/hmrc/for ... formId=759
cheap, legal, effective and to the point.

print half a dozen copies at work and give them to your mates before the west brom game.

you could blue tac them to the club doors or the armory windows or just wave them in the 8th minute (to symbolise 8 years of mismanagement)

just a couple of hundred waved on the telly would make a big splash imho

I like your thinking but I should also point out that the 8 years of mismanagement can only apply to wenger cos gazidas and kroenke are not in the club that long. I have no problem aiming that at wenger but I also think that a P45 for wenger would be appropriate too

Hill-Wood has been interested in our affairs that long, and its agreed that sacking the board is the focus of the BSM to keep as wide as support as possible.

i'd like to stick to that mate, even though i share your sentiment.

I agree, Kroenke out!
There's a good board thread here for finance and takeovers etc.

viewtopic.php?f=1&t=34919&start=570

We'll keep this thread for protests against the board etc.

this deserves its own thread.

The Board is as culpable as Wenger, who must go as well but we need Gazidis and Hill-Wood to resign.

I would like to see David Dein to return if he wants it.

i'm quite happy to put in ten quid if someone wants to make and take a banner.

we need to put pressure on the board and make them resign Kroenke will never fire them as the investment is doing well, so we have to put public pressure on them now.

we should protest before AND after the west brom game at the ground, regardless of the result.

time to take our club back and SACK THE BOARD.

Forever proud to be The Arsenal.

C1.

Agree totally. Wenger is to blame because he has gone along with what has happened. One thing Arsenal will miss is Wengers ability to make a club money. No other manager comes close to his financial clout and that is why the only way he will go is if he decided to.
Kronke has obviously got Arsenal as an investment and so the board that let it happen have to all go. Hill Wood your days are numbered.
