Lack of ambition

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Lack of ambition

Post by gingeadams »

Taken from the official site

"Saturday's 2-0 defeat against Swansea City saw the Gunners drop to 10th in the Premier League - although they are only five points off a top-four place"

Who gives a rat's arse how far we are off forth? Yet again the rubbish coming out of the club at the moment.

Shouldn't this be stating "we are fifteen points of 1st place"

Sad times

.com is like the Minisrty of Truth from 1984. Don't bother looking at it as it would make Pravda of old blush.

The official site is just a PR blurb, not worth taking notice of, unless it is to check fixtures/book tickets/check squad/signings etc.

We should be grateful that we can challenge for Champions League football every season. Our wage budget is a mere £130m!

How can we compete with Everton and West Brom for fourth place? Arsene Wenger, that's how.

Arsene Knows Best.

You ungrateful lot should have a look at REAL Arsenal fans on the Facebook. You don't deserve to support such a forward-thinking club! Remember, fourth place and a million likes on Facebook!

Well lads, for those of us that cannot withstand it any longer maybe we could change loyalty to Barca? Like the good Boji Ajibola?

Or "Boji the Kúnt" to his mates. :x

I think that G Plus Plus and Pakay Vieira raise some very valid and thoughtful points!
