WBA GAME THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

We've got a board that only gives a fcuk about percentages, a manager that is so incompetent it defies belief, both of which are contributing to a huge devide in our fanbase. :(

I want us to beat WBA but whats the fcuking point. The sooner Le Fraud drives us in the ocean the better quite frankly. For the first ever time in my life I had a sense of satisfaction when we lost to Swansea, I never thought I would feel like that, and no football fan ever should have to, thats how bad things are. :(

1-1 and the fcuking idiot will say it was hard earned.

p.s don't mean to offend just pissed off at what is happening to our club.
Sadly, I agree with the above, the only satisfaction I got from the Swansea game last week was the pre match walk and clapping Swansea off at the end of the game, to see mongs around me clapping and cheering Rosicky, as he warmed up made me fucking sick!!!

I dont know what is more depressing these days........the thought that we have at least another 18 months of wenger to go or the realisation that we have so many lame ass w****rs "supporting" our club these days   I read a lot of pro wenger comments on here and while I dont agree with hardly any of them, at least I know that they are not being made by some giddy fcukwad who see's nothing wrong anywhere inside our club  These people have the cheek to then turn around and tell us how we should support our team when the vast vast majority of them didnt know our club existed pre wenger :x Older Arsenal fans experienced what it was like to be a Gooner back when we had worse teams than this but they also were educated of the importance of pride, passion, guts and commitment required to play for this club and these are all traits that are woefully lacking in today's team

Maybe I predicted a score for this game earlier in the thread (cant be arsed to check tbh  ) but I dont know if it is possible to predict a result in our games nowadays - sometimes we play well but more often than not we are poor so it is just a matter of whether the opposition are capable of taking advantage when we are shit. I thought last saturday we would piss all over the taffs but that went badly tits up ( ) however if I was to take a wild guess I do think that we will win today cos they too are on a poor run

I'm getting ready for a scrambled 2-1 win and in full voice will be belting out "There's Only One Arsene Wenger"

We need that Virtual Trophy so that the contract extension is granted next Summer

The Capital One Cup and the Virtual Trophy double - how many teams can claim that? I'm sure we'll make a special kit for next season in honour of the achievement

Fancy fans supporting their players? They should get a football banning order

Hopefully a win today can kick start something. We have very winnable games coming up and we badly need to go on a good run of results.

4-1 to The Arsenal :barscarf: :barscarf:

Virtual Trophy here we come

Every other Saturday around this time I've normally got a spring in me step, buzzing about the game.
Past couple of months I'm grudgingly attending matches just for the sake of it I feel.
Can't believe this is being billed as a big game, shows the strength of us lately.
Don't mean to sound a miserable bastard but even if we win..so fucking what!

QUESTION TO THIS THREAD. WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING TO ALL THIS MONEY WE ARE MAKING. ARE WE SPUNKING IT AWAY ON INJURY PRONE PLAYERS LIKE DIABY AND ROSICKY AND CRAP ONES LIKE CHAMAKH AND ARSHAVINN AND SQUAILLCI SO THERE IS NOTHING LEFT IN THE POT FOR THEO AND SAGNA.
I DONT THINK SO WE JUST RECEIVED ANOTHER 150 MILLION FROM THE EMIRATES.
Sorry for the caps but I was shouting the above.

No Walcott and no Podolski - so who will be out wide? The Forehead and The Ox - or will he excel himself once more and put Ramsey out there.

So Le Chapman will be plodding around up front on his own, the two wide men who are both in desperate form will be nowhere within 30 yards of him and it'll be sideways passing to death

Honestly when I look at our forward options I couldn't predict that we'll score 4 goals between now and the end of the month let alone in one game. We've been shit defensively for years but this is without a shadow of doubt the most depressing list of attacking options we've had since Don Howe stuck Chris Whyte up front as an emergency striker
