Sundays Games

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Falcao is a bit good. Has bagged 5 goals against deportivo, still 20 minutes to go

But they paid over £20m for him, that's financial doping and completely against the principles of Wengerball. Deportivo can claim an illusionary draw from this.

Gervinho, at least, can dribble (at times?) and has pace, a necessary trait for a forward. Both are hopelessly shit, however.

Everton have three strikers that would walk into our first 11, Jelavic, Mirallas and Fellaini.

Sadly, i'd take those 3 over Podolski, Giroud and Gervinho any day.

When the fuck did fellaini turn to a striker

Fancy that, selling your best striker and then reinvesting the money on a top quality replacement. Not once, but twice in fact Torres -> Aguero -> Falcao. Don't Atletico know that your fans feel much more "pride" in the way you do things if you bank that money & scrape by with a few bargains from the French or African leagues?
