If ever the song, ' your support is fucking shit' was appropriate it was today to Chelsea. Singing you dont know what you're doing and Jose Mourinho when they made the substitution and booing. Dont they realise the great position they are in and still woud have been if they had drawn or lost. What an absolute shower of crunts.

for me, another day when we get to 20mins, then 30mins, and you just know it is not going to click, and that chelsea, at least in todays case, will just hoof it past us for 3 points that they really dont deserve..
so important to finish second, i think, third is unacceptable, considering we have led the league pretty much all season.
gutted....

Is there a campaign against us - as usual. Last week Adebayor onside - disallowed, Aladiere offside - goal; this week Drogba and Anelka offside - goal. We need video evidence, otherwise, it seems, we're stuffed by appaling or biased officialdom. Did Bennett present the title to ManUre when he sent off Mascherano for ????? breathing? (though he did swear a bit after the first yellow). Me,I'm just paranoid - but let's keep going. We go to OT they go to SB. Anything can happen.

Dare I say it but surely questions have to be asked about Wenger? Four years since their last title in terms of physical stature and power Vieria and Campbell have not been replaced in their respective position. Wenger has decided to take another route, but the bottom line is the current set-up, whilst great to watch when they are allowed to play, still lack a real presence to land a premiership over 38 games. Playing great football alone will NEVER EVER will a Premier League, has Wenger suddenly forgotten this?
Power play and long balls that were not properly defended all day were the root cause of defeat today. Oh for a proper centre half who actually knows how to head a ball or actually make a worthwhile attempt to win the ball in the air?
Remember the Bridge last year? 1 up, Essien rifles in admittedly a great strike, and they Chelsea swarmed all over us, Lampard hit the post, and in the end we were fortunate to hold on for a point. Virtual replica today, absolutely no answer in attempting to ward off a physically superior side. In effect we've learnt nothing in a year of how to deal with a one dimensional outfit who rely on long balls to Drogba and then fight like mad to win the second ball with runners from midfield joining up to assist.
Its one thing not winning the league from being five points clear in Feb, quite another to not at least keep the battle running until the later stages of April.
Bolton next, no guesses for what Arsenal can expect there, but lessons are hardly being learnt are they, based on what occurred at the Bridge today…
I think there is a tendency to believe Wenger is untouchable, why should he not be immune to criticism?
His squad as ever lacks depth, and bear in mind the last two games have been played (outside of Rosicky for Eboue) with a first choice eleven. There was a time when you looked at our bench and changes could be made that would influence the outcome of the game, this in comparison to United and Chelsea is not the case now, and I'm sorry finances can no longer be used as an excuse. Wenger's choice so any criticism that comes his way is deserved

Yes, I know but I was pointing them in a little direction. The last time so many threads came up, was Birmingham City and there was a decision to post everything on the match day thread. No-one listened to it anyway so no big deal.dvbrisgooner1 wrote:khalid_red wrote:PEOPLE POST YOUR OPINIONS ON THIS THREAD!

At last someone can see through all the bullshit!!
You are so right about us not learning a thing from
not only last season but the last 3 seasons,we can not handle
teams that play a quicker more direct style of play.
I'm sorry but Kolo is NOT a central defender, his pace gets him out of trouble so many times but his positional sense, ability in the air and composure leave a lot to be disired.
We all bang on about Wenger's buying policy but why have players like C.Ronaldo,Nani,Anderson,Vidic, all young relatively unheard of players, yet all snapped up by that Poisonous old c**t in Manchester.

The bottom line is that Wenger needs to invest in the team in the summer. I believe our back four to be sound enough and our mid field pair are top class but we need real quality in wide areas and a world class pressence up front. We have too many squad players and not enough real match winners that can come off the bench.
In another thread I already said the honeymoon period for Wenger may only last another season at most so he will need more than a few 16 year olds to see our team progress.
Maybe the demands of a new owner may be what the current regime need, like it or not. I for one am totally pissed off with fighting for scraps.
