THE WENGER THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Quality interview from Robson there, you could tell he is passionate about it and that was from the heart. Pretty much ticked all the boxes from my own personal gripes with Wenger, too.

this is not the final straw, its been a gradual decline and the effect is cumulative - the norwich and swansea results can't be forgotten, neither can last night.

I still believe that AW bought well in the summer, and i still think that with organisation, discipline and structure, not to mention coaching... this team still has potential.

but nothing since the summer has convinced me that AW is going to turn it round. as i said last night, he is no longer able to manage at any level.

3 wins out of 9 games people, this is not a blip.

we need to start speaking with our wallets and our feet, time to stop going imho. stop buying tickets.

i did it under Don Howe and i'll do it again.

i don't think anything will change until they start getting hit financially.

100% with you on that..heard his interview and couldn't argue with anything-he said but I would question his motives.

I agree.

Loved the bit about Phil Parkinson proving he's a better tactician than Wenger. It'll have the AKBs up in arms but on the basis of yesterday's performance, and indeed the last few years at AFC, any sane person would have to agree.

Bloody hell, they've just said on SSN that Gazidis "doesn't want to make excuses" but "wants to listen to what the fans think"

and "funds will be made available in January and in the next transfer window", confirmed that money is available for Wenker to spend.

That's a f***ing disaster!! It means that they are quite happy for Wenger to carry on and it means that Wenger will spunk more money on cheap French shite who have had one decent season in Ligue 1
I belive that Wenger is incapable of signing the players we need, he is not capable of seeing beyond average! :banghead: :banghead:
