Stan Kroenke 'has no passion' for Arsenal according to ex director

Majority shareholder Stan Kroenke has been accused of "having no passion" for Arsenal by former director Lady Bracewell-Smith.

Arsenal's board are facing criticism after a poor start to their Premier League campaign and their Capital One Cup exit.

“"[Kroenke] shows he cares very little. Why he wanted to be part of AFC I do not know."”

Bracewell-Smith, who sold Kroenke her shares last year, has criticised the American.

"Football is a business of passion. SK has no passion for AFC," she tweeted.

"If making money was the motivating factor, surely there are better ways."

When asked her view of the way the club is being run, Bracewell-Smith, who remains Arsenal's honorary vice president, added: "Disappointed would be an understatement!

In October Kroenke insisted Arsenal are still targeting trophies despite the Gunners selling captain Robin van Persie to rivals Manchester United in August.

Van Persie's departure followed the sales of Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri the previous summer.

There is also uncertainty over the future of England international Theo Walcott, whose contract expires next summer.

There are some people with agendas against Arsenal, the likes of Bracewell-Smith, Stewart Robson etc. Now they speak out when there's a good chance of people being on 'their side. We might agree with much of what they say but will they be taken seriously by most??

Agree with what she said but she is a bitter and twisted little . She inherited the shares through marriage and flogged them on for millions to this bloke who she's now blasting as not fit to be a director. She has also slagged Dein off recently on Twatter, clearly she reckoned she was the only sane director there.

She's a two-bob who cares as little about Arsenal as Kroenke does, what she needs to do is to s . Everybody wins.

Was looking at twitter earlier she and tim payton also exchanged tweets and not of the mutual appreciation kind,in the end she told him she was going to block him,he mentioned some thing about her paying/not paying tax and she replied she pays more tax than he does and will ever do

Just looked at her twitter and it seems she accepts responsibility for her mistake of selling to kroenke. Also seems sorry imo and perhaps mislead during the sales of the shares.

Not going to criticise her because there are so many unanswered questions regarding her input to the board, her share sale, and her removal from the board.
I just do not know enough about what really went on, and whether she was instructed to sell by her husband, or her husband's cousins, or whether she made up her own mind.

What I find oddest of all is that she tweets.

What is her agenda?
She does not need money, and I find it curious that she would seek "fame" at her age and in her position in life.
