The Lady Has Spoken

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

As a director of the club she owed a fiduciary duty to act in its best interests, so claiming she was 'duped' is an easy way out when in reality everybody could see by looking at his other sports ventures what his intentions and priorities were going to be. Particularly when she was part of the 'lock-down agreement'.

Fact is, however she tries to dress it up, she got greedy and sold the shares she inherited through marriage because she had dollar signs in her eyes. She's been quite mouthy since she left and it's quite obvious to me that she misses the platform from which she can air her views.

She was a custodian of our club and just like her pals she sold us down the river for personal wealth she neither needs or deserves. So it does stick in the craw a bit when she turns round and comes out with this.
fair point, agree with that.

the lady has spoken ....because

she was apparently due some money on the loan notes on her shares sale and there is a very tight window in which this money can be paid but she missed the date period which means she has to wait another year UNLESS Stan agreed to still pay it but he remained silent ie said NO, which is why she has now thrown her toys out of the pram.

She like others sold to him not because he was the person of choice but because it was the ante Usmanov alternative .

Heh. If only you heard what Fiszman's missus has to say, whilst sitting on her 16 inch Dildo

 She'd have to do a hell of a lot of explaining to convince me what she did 'was in the best interests of the club' :banghead: If she cared so much about the future of Arsenal herself and the way the club is run she would have kept her shares and directly influenced the club. And as has been pointed out, a little research of Kroenke's would have shown her he was only in it for the cash.
