Formation (4-3-3) the problem?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

You lot have been playing Football Manager 2013 too much over the holidays...... :D

Formation is not the problem (although it doesn't seem to help), the players attitude is, Overpaid and undermotivated.

I don't think Gervinho would be acceptable in any formation :evil:
