Think this has been discussed b4 but its tickets sold not bums on seats,but they have a neck announcing the figures who are they trying to fool,cant understand why they feel the need to announce the alleged attendance

The fact that they announce it as "attendance" (ie. the number of people present) is just a downright lie though. They should announce it as "tickets sold" and then be made to face questions as to why those with tickets are not interested in showing up.

Tbh the club give a fuck about how much revenue they generate and not the atmosphere or fan's satisfaction, truth is unless it's half-empty they're happy as long as it's sold out.

Imagine losing to Swansea in front of <50,000 people on Wednesday night, and when Michu breaks through to make it 2-0 the sound of seats springing back echoing around the ground amidst the booing.

Bloody hell - cheer me up why don't you? This is the only game I give a flying fuck about. Dreading just about every league game between now and the end of the season, have no fucking interest whatsoever in that awful European thing we can't win and know that we won't have a new signing worthy of the name to look forward to.

I think 16th January even by our declining standards is the earliest at which I've completely written off a season
