Brings to an end any remote fantasies we had anyway. In reality we all knew Wenger wouldn't step aside at the end of this year and certainly not to let a great, ambitious manager. There's no way he'll want to be followed by success unless he can claim credit for it.

I could have managed Barca to all them trophies, Pep is over rated in my opinion. He was top man in a two horse race and was in charge of the greatest team ever assembled. Watch him crash and burn without Messi and co.

I'd take that bloke who just got sacked from Blackpool, whose name I don't even fucking know, if it meant we were rid of Alzheimer Wenger.

He was never joining us anyway, why would he? Its going to take someone 5-10 years to clean the highly paid shit out of our squad and thats a mammoth task. Im not even sure Pep is up to it after his stint as boss of maybe the best club team ever. Arsenal is going to be a job even the best manager will struggle at post Wenger

I think Arsenal missed their chance. I think he would have come to Arsenal if offered it but the problem is, Arsene will chose when he goes and who replaces him so Arsenal Football Club are dead, deceased, extinct, fucked.

I really doubt that it is going to take so long to turn it around. This team is sitting 6th within shot of the virtual trophy despite Wenger's lack of tactical nous. They aren't bad players, they need some coaching.

Yeah, we have some crap on the wage bill, but I think that a proper manager will clear that out and not dither like a muppet like Wenger does and send them out on loan.

I'm disappointed but sadly I dont think Wenger would have allowed him to come to us. Wenger, because he makes the decisions will ultimately decide who will replace him.

Moyes for me now.

I think the problem is our highly paid wankers like Chamakh and Gervinho are so highly paid no one wants them and they wont take a pay cut, therefore loan moves are the only option till the contracts of said players run out like my mate Almunias did last season we are stuck with them. Therefore useless *word censored* like gervinho is with us for 4 years at least taking up the money good players could be getting. We are 5 years away from improving IF wenger goes now IMO
