we'll have to beat a top side if we're going to get to wembley, thats for sure.

looking at blackburn, we've been consistently good against them at home, we really should be through next round.

Would have preferred Barnsley or Everton away but we've got a good chance of going through with that draw, we've always done well against them at home and they're a shambles (I've been following their situation closely since one of my best mates is a Rovers fan).
This will probably be my first home game since... Blackburn last year as well.

Que sera sera

I'm thInkIng 1-0 then knocked out by the mancs away.

Uniteds name is on the cup - the FA has overlooked dopey Rio doesn't have a winners medal

Their draws are even easier than ours ffs. Our only hope would be a euro quarters game away for them after a Sunday semi.

But if we beat Blackburn and then the winners of Luton v Millwall, Huddersfield/Leicester v Wigan or Mk Dons v Barnsley then we are at Wembley.......so not really

Great draw at home to a shite team. Board will undoubtedly be counting their cash already.

Pity that none of the others got drawn against each other.

Out of interest, if we got through and drew United at home in the quarters would that be a Category B game?

I notice that the 5th round comes the weekend before the home leg against Bayern and the 6th round comes the weekend before the away leg

Suddenly my heart sunk. He rested six players at the weekend owing to our midweek game against the Mickeys so I can only imagine what sort of side he'll put out. Hopefully it will be enough against Blackburn but we'd better pray its Barnsley, MK Dons, Millwall or Luton at home in the sixth round if we make it that far. My fear is an away trip to anyone better than top half of the championship and we roll up with Frimpong and co. and another real piece of silverware sacrificed in favour of the invisible one

Missed that - at least that's one less thing to worry about.

Maybe we'll get to see Eisfeld which will be no bad thing. Its the combination of Santos, lazy Arse Russian, Squidgy, Flapper or Mannonekokey, Klingon (please still be in Africa) and any mediocre 17 year olds that worry me

They wont be counting as much cash as they want as they already have the season ticket money for this game, game 6 I think (Swansea at home 4, Munich 5)?
