should new home mean no trophies

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

should new home mean no trophies

Post by markyp »

After more utter shit today agianst blackburn which lets face it ended our last hope of a trophy this season cos we aint gonna beat bayern it got me thinking, how comes loads of teams over the past 10 years or so have moved to new grounds, bayern being one of them ,without long term damage to the success of the team?why is it only us that have had to put up with this shit??any AKB'S who argue that the new stadium has bled us dry(which we all now know hasnt really been the case,it was all just the boards bullshit)havent really got a case when you look at other successfull teams that have moved grounds almost seemlessly .one or two years of transiton you could put up with but not 8,8 will soon be 10 and while lord wenker remains at the helm will quickly become 15 and then 20.so why the fuck is it only Arsenal that have suffered on the pitch???blaming the move to the emirates on our lack of success due to lack of disposable income available on players is an argument well past its best before date.
