As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
Deleted : Sid you cant write abusive stuff like that, if you want to say you think he might be mentally ill that's one thing but abuse isnt allowed - Flash
The Lunacy Act 1845 and the County Asylums Act 1845 together gave mental hospitals or "asylums" the authority to detain "lunatics, idiots and persons of unsound mind"

Jesus Flash, you must be of a very sensitive nature.

I'm not mate but some people are and the general rule is to cut out abuse, I just don't want the forum closed (for good this time)
After tonights result, along with highlights of the press conference pre- and post match interviews. I would not be surprised if he goes with mutual agreement by Friday. At the very latest sunday after our inevitable home defeat by Villa on Saturday. It has that inevitable feeling similar to Graham's departure in 1995.
At the very least give Wenger gardening leave on health grounds.
Wenger should go about 1pm, that way keys and Gray can't take the piss on talk shite, the evening news can have time to prepare a proper tribute for the early years and John cross can have time to eat 3 Boxes of chocolate, watch some sad romantic DVDs and text his best pals about how he had been sure this was the one

Brilliant! Actually laughed out loud there. That will get me through the day, mate!
Yet, they still persist on telling us, 'be careful what you wish for'
wankers.
Well, I'm wishing that this charlatan, who is currently sucking the life out of our club gets his p45 and soon. I want him to be publicly embarrassed, just like he does to every supporter, whenever he is interviewed after another abject display on the pitch.
He continues to blame everyone but himself for the humuliation heaped upon our great club.
and his english is obscene. 16 years here and he still talks like a fucking tourist
Of course he should be gone and if he went before end of season then yes bould would have to step in but personally I would be hesitant about talking up the merits of Bouldie simply cos we have yet to see any proof of them. Actually I would be quite ok if another manager came in and brought his own staff with him and Bouldie had to revert back to reserve team manager - that isn't meant to sound harsh but if we ever get rid of wenger then the next appointment will be a vital one and we should have the right management team in place that have worked together before and have that level of trust and honesty that is needed in every management team. As well as that I wouldn't be keen to keep Bouldie as assistant manager purely cos he is an ex player with us cos we would quickly see him as nothing more than coneman again and that benefits nobody

I don't think who replaces him is important, at the minute the important thing is to be rid of Wenger. We could quite easily have to withstand 2 or 3 manager over the next few seasons before we get it right, Ironically like we had to when gg went.

And even Bruce Rioch, who was by all accounts a massive failure, still got us into Europe.
Which just shows that there will be life after AW, as we already know (but the media won't accept).
The media like to stoke up a bit of fear among fans.
The thing with Wenger is that he is so entwinned with the current regime, that it can't really be said that he is swimming against the tide. Unfortunately, although I think Wenger should have gone seasons ago, it won't really change the culture of the club, which is also at the heart of the problem.

The difference though Sid, is that GG left behind a very strong spine of a team both in quality terms and in mentality terms and whoever takes over this set up will discover a squad full of gutless losers so changing that ethos will not be easy by any means
