Munich at home

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

i have a feeling we're going to win tonight. its the kind of thing we'd do at the moment.

we are such massive underdogs, and despite the poor preparation, training and coaching, most of the squad know they are expected to perform.

1-0.

followed by a 5-0 drubbing im muenchen.

tonight almost feels like going to hospital to visit a dying relative or friend,on one hand you are so glad to see them but on the other you know the inevitable is around the corner.(sorry if this offends anyone, its not meant to)
we have slipped so far down that slippery slope that the whole world is watching waiting to see us finally put to the sword once and for all.will be watching behind the sofa tonight me thinks, god knows what the papers will be saying in the morning :(

I reckon we will win, Wenger will tell them how it's important we win so we keep the money rolling in and that'll do. :banghead:

memories of Parma tonight.

we were crap then with a midfield of Selley, campbell and Morrow in it, but we played as a team and the big lunk up front nicked one and we kept Zola, Tino Asprilla and European Player of the Year Thomas Brolin out for the next 70minutes.

May the 4th be with us...

We need Sly Stallone in goal and Michael Caine in midfield to beat the unbeatable Germans.

Our team back then had TA6, bouldie, dixon and winterburn........real men and real leaders who literally would put their lives on the line if it meant victory for the team - I dont see too many of those type of players in this squad

I sincerely hope that does not mean that he is play on the wing- I would imagine that will be Cazorla. It could have been a lot worse, at least Gervinho isnt even in the squad.

Midfield to front that Bayern team is frightening - plus they've got Robben, Gomez and Shaqiri to come off the bench

Ramsay instead of rosicky, ox or Giroud or the young legs of coq or Jenko . why ?

so instead of breaking up the play and driving us forward, Jack will be tracking back to keep cover for the welsh denilson.

:banghead:

its just like Paris - down to 10 men again. bugger.
