are we harsh on *newcomers*

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

i only jst found out bout this site 2 b fair always used 2 use official arsenal 1, if its any consilation there appears 2 b less arguments and more worthy discussions on here so fair play!

This is not ticketmaster! I have used the buy and sell tickets since I joined but I joined to discuss arsenal. Esp. wary if they are selling!

yes thats the guy - ''tommy smith''!! thank god i never used him.

We have the right to be harsh because at the end of the day its our money and we can ask as many questions as we like. But yep its true that we can never know if someone is a tout or not - its all up to our own judgement i guess. As long as we stick to the trusted list we should be okay!!

I'm fairly new on here.
I've had no abuse at all.
Can't understand it. Normally I get kicked off the site. In a matter of days! (joking).
Also, I don't consider a bit of light-hearted piss taking as abuse.
People sometimes get confused about the difference between the two things.

People who do touting/rip offs should be burnt at the stake.
Never buy a ticket from somebody you don't know (or is vouched for on a site like this one).

Be warned....someone calling him/herself carltonreds, (probably him as the name was Max) asked me for my spare ticket for the WBA game, arranged to meet at the ground and never bothered to show up. :evil:
