Ive spoken to a lot of people and the online gooner has gone down in a lot of people's estimations post the publication of that, most believing had anyone else submitted it, it would have been severly edited.
Not a personal thing, but that article was an absolute joke.
I can't speak for Gooner Ed but I can surmise that the piece was written for one of two reasons -
1. It was written post game when anger and frustration is often at it's peak and sometimes people just need to vent
2. It was written out of desperation - many, especially me, are absolutely astounded at the lack of a real public show of anger by the Gooner masses and in that frustration comes a desperation to do something, anything just the let wenger and the board know how we feel. Tbh this is a train of thought that I am absolutely in agreement with - is it ideal, of course not but it is much easier to get people to join in when they are actually at the game as opposed to getting them out of the pubs to join a protest march

Whether you like to acknowledge it or not BDB, a protest against wenger is an absolute necessity - you have acknowledged the need for change and surely you will also recognise that the man is going nowhere unless the fans drive him out of our club ?
Leukemia is a serious illness and my thoughts go ahead to petrol cos he was always a player I liked so I am not trivialising his condition but the fact remains that our club has a cancer eating away at the club from inside out and the future prospects of AFC depends firmly on ridding the club of wenger and the Yankee c**ts
