sp*rs (a) match thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Bale talking crap and the season isn't over. They do this every year. May the collapse begin next week! :barscarf: :barscarf:

The derby can be a pivotal game as recent seasons have shown. 'Arry's first or second game in charge for the 4-4 draw at the Grove kick started their climb out of the mire. Last season's late winter/spring derby saw us and them in similar frame's of mind as today: they were riding high and we were struggling to get it together. Just been humped 4-0 by Milan i think. But the 5-2 and 'Arry's England distraction saw them collapse a bit and us kick on. A win at the lane would be sweet and could have the same effect on the respective clubs' morale for the rest of the season. And they are by no means infallible, but they also carry a lot of threats, Chimpy being the main one at the moment.

Much as i an starting to hate the sight of Wenger, a win against Tottnumb is always to be savoured whatever the weather, state of the economy or internal club politics.

we will never be able to contain Bale, plus Spuds will be out of the blocks like a rocket like they were at the Emirates leaving us dazed and confused and on our arses within the first 15 minutes,i really hate to say it but i can only see a comprehensive spuds win.once again Jack will be the only one who gives a fuck, may even see him sent off in frustration i reckon :(

Jenkinson is going to have to have a blinder if we are to get anything from this, Bale is having a breakthrough season.

1-1 or 2-2 or possible 2-5.

It will probably be the same as before.. the spuds will score, then we will come back and the *word censored* will shit themselves when we go ahead and win the game ... :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: 2-1...

Its 6 years since we won at the shithole and only 3 wins in 16 years under Wenger.A draw at best.
