Keown was positively handsome compared to Bale.... Even Peter Beardsley was a pin up compared to Bale!

Arsenal have vowed to ban for life the fan who threw a banana at Gareth Bale on Sunday.
Is it just me who thinks that is so, so far over the top its untrue.... We have spuds singing about Wenger being a peado and others kicking off outside the ground and yet one fan decides to throw away an obviously bruised piece of fruit and look what happens... Charge him with littering yes. But lifetime ban is an absolute joke!!!

Can't we all fess up to being bananaman in a "I'm brian, and so is my wife way" if 2,000 odd people confess they would have trouble making any charges stick.

If the culprit did get a ban, I reckon he would be able to get off on a peel

How much have you had to drink mate?

Nada, why ? :?
You have forgotten the Invincibles!

No I haven't - the invincible's was a once in a lifetime never to be repeated event but I used 2002 cos we won the double that season just like scum did in 61 so I was comparing two likes. Simples 8)

I’ve only calmed down enough to post now. :x Talk about shooting yourself in the foot and then ramming the gun up your own arse un-lubed. The scum were sooooo fucking average and so beatable on Sunday it ain’t funny. We pissed all over them in midfield – at times we looked like the home team ffs - and their last ditch defending was the type of stuff you usually see from an away team late on. Both their goals were fucking soft and down to absolute schoolboy defending. Bale bottled it against us - again. My missus could have scored his goal, whilst cooking the dinner and doing a spot of ironing. He offered fuck all else and missed a sitter.

But the two areas that have let us down all season did it again. We do not have one single top class CH at the club – fuck it, we don’t have one even half decent CH at the club. Would TV5, Kos, The Big Coward, etc etc get into Citeh’s team, Manure’s team or even the Chavs’ team? Would they fuck.

Playing Giroud as a lone striker is just fucking pointless. He is not an out and out finisher like Wrighty was or Van Judas was. It is so obvious his real strength is working with a striker in a 4-4-2, winning balls in the air 20 to 25 yards out and linking up with a proper striker. Why the fuck doesn’t Wenger play Giroud up front with the ONLY natural finisher we have; Podolski?

Ramsey did well in midfield I thought, lost a couple of easy possessions as he does, but in fairness he worked his socks off and helped dominate their midfield. But if only his chance had fallen to a better finisher... Cazorla has class, but the formation does not suit him at all, and he still tends to go missing during games. Worst decision Wenger has made all year was taking off Jenko and putting Ramsey back there. Instantly took away the ONLY decent crosser of a ball at the club and the only real pacey threat we had on the right (because Feo was dire). Ramsey had done well in midfield but if Wenger was bringing on SickNote then he should have just taken Ramsey off and left Jenko on.

Wilshere was very poor. Don’t know if the occasion got to him or if he’s just tired carrying so many half-arsed team mates all season.

TBH this scum team will bottle the last ten games. They really are not that good. I still see us finishing above them. Sounds mad but I honestly do. The only thing that might fuck that up is us. Seems obvious I know, but the scum will drop points – it’s up to us to try and win enough games to finish above them.

They’ll do their bit – can we do ours...? :rubchin:

I agree the spuds will drop more than enough points for us to finish above them, but we won't, for all the reasons you listed above. Simple fact is we aren't good enough to go on a winning run and as mediocre as the spuds are they have the points on the board and won't slip up in the games they should win, where as we will.

Fuck sake banning the culprit is mad, if was thrown at a black player defiantly but at Bale because he looks like a Chimp...no way. If that is the case let's have retrospective bans for all Spud fans who wore donkey ears to taunt Adams.
