SUMMER TRANSFERS - Your thoughts on who did and did not sign

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Arsenal youngster Benik Afobe has returned from his loan spell with Millwall after tearing his anterior cruciate knee ligament.

Damn shame. I wish him well.

Arsenal are reportedly set to hand Wenger a bumper transfer budget in the summer in a bid to rejuvenate his squad for next season.

Barcelona midfielder Alex Song could be in line for a surprising return to Arsenal this summer after failing to inspire at Camp Nou.

According to a report in the Daily Express, Arsene Wenger could be ready to bring back the man he sold for £15million last summer.

Hmmm... a bumper transfer budget... that'll probably stretch even further in the shit leagues of Bukina Faso, Mali and France and as for getting the useless, dopey *word censored* Song back, that is probably the best bit of business that the senile *word censored* has done in the last 2 seasons and, if true, he's even trying to flip that one back...   What a *word censored*.  :banghead: :banghead:

It's encouraging that your self imposed holiday away from the forum has helped you calm down a little steve0. Anger management course was it?

Well apparently we are closing in on the highly rated Yaya Sanogo (sounds like a line from the chorus of a Boney M song),plus a few younger foetus yet to be born but with special quality in the genes !

If Franksav had his way Ligue One would be a Sanogo area.

I can't believe some of our fans are hopeful of us signing Wayne Rooney this summer.
Firstly, you have to kid yourself he will want to leave United for us.
Secondly, there is more chance of seeing Alex Ferguson wearing a Celtic shirt singing The Fields of Athenry than him allowing a player of his ability move to another top 4 (or 5) team.
