Bayern Munich away tix travel pubs

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Flying out from Manchester on Monday! Can't come quick enough!

Looks like the temperature will drop off rapidly throughout the week, predicting highs of -2 on Thursday!

Going to be a long week out there on my own but i'm sure the beer will be a good companion!

Er..?
It is on the banned list of items along with fruit. Though it doesn't mention alcohol as being banned.
I honestly thought you were joking and had to check for myself...

Many years ago (mid 1980's) I was on an Arsenal pre-season tour to Germany with a mate of mine - Steve Jellett. And he got English football programmes confiscated... But we were crossing checkpoint Charlie into East Berlin at the time. Some things never change....!

Thanks for letting us know. I'd seen it advertised, but couldn't see whether Allianz was within the area covered by the €10.60. Thought we might need to get the XXL (think that's what it was called...) version that covered you for the outer zone for just a few euro more.

What's the weather like today?

Also - is the drinking better in marinplatz or the beer gardens? Have you been to the Hofbrauhaus yet....?

Just about to leave for Heathrow, bound for Stuttgart... Bad news about the problems in Frankfurt and, I think, with Eurostar. Hope everyone gets there ok.

I know we're heading towards elimination, but buzzing about this trip!!! We're on our way.... :barscarf: :barscarf: !!
