Season over for Bale FC?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

And how does a Canadian come to support Wales, if you don't mind me asking?! :?

And although Bale is better than any other Welsh player by a country mile (yes, even Ramsey and Hal Robson-Kanu) he was piss-poor the last international break. In the first half against Scotland he ruined several very promising opportunities by being a greedy prick and not playing a simple killer ball, and against Croatia he didn't stand out above the rest of the team who were magnificent for 70 minutes and indeed wasted numerous good shooting chances from 20 yards and skied a one-on-one that he should have easily slotted away after a great ball by aforementioned 'Welsh' wizard HRK.

Tbh the difference between Wales finishing 3rd and 4th is well worth taking a bad injury to him for!

Looking at the fixture list, if he is back for city game on 21st then only game he misses is tomorrows against Everton so shouldn't really make much difference to season!

His grandmother is a jack by birth. Moved to Canada because she used soap once and liked it.

The Everton line-up looks rubbish  - I guess they're missing Feliani and Pienaar... but as soon as I saw their lineup, I lost hope of an upset. Sadly, 30-odd seconds later I'd seen enough. Not watching this shite  - the sun is out in beautiful Derby! 8)

Ideally we want this to be a draw as it keeps Everton behind and gives us the chance to pull ahead of spurs!!

Hang on, Everton have just scored!! :barscarf: :barscarf:
