They need 10 points to wrap the title up if Citeh win their next 3 games, and United have 3 pretty straightforward fixtures before they play us so I think they'll have a chance to win it at our place :censored: :censored: :censored:
had this in mind all during the game tonight, was really hoping for utd to win tonight! assuming they beat stoke, villa and west ham and city win all games will leave them 12 points 4 games left! then they play us!!! :| :|
hopefully city slip up. but not against spurs!

or we just beat united!

They have been poor recently, they are beatable if we play at our top level. This doesn't take into account Arsene Wenger though, who i'm sure will do his best to sabotage us with a raft of bizarre substitutions, rotations and odd formations.

I don't think we'll beat United because it will be a huge game for us and I'm not sure we'll deliver under the pressure.

Mind, I'm struggling to think of a time going to a match and being less optimistic about our chances than when we played United in Nov 2008 and May 2011 and we deservedly won both games with them only nicking one stoppage-time goal over the two ties.

Who fucking knows.

The thought of those red manc c.unts winning the league at our place horrifies me but I have to admit that I cannot escape the joy I feel everytime those cnuts lose :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: The thought of rvp winning the league on our patch is especially scary and would be a memory that would haunt me for years and I would ring in a bomb alert on the day of the game to get it postponed if I thought it would prevent me and my two boys being mentally scared for years to come.

Re the game I think it should be noted that if it was refereed by any half decent match official, then that fat headed granny shagging b**tard would have seen red in the first half - the tackle itself was a disgrace but to follow it up with a verbal tirade at dean after he was booked was nothing short of disgraceful and the *word censored* should have got the head slapped off him and then red carded

Every time I see milney and barry play I am baffled as to how they have even one international cap between them  Their level of skill is nil, their game intelligence is less than nil but yet running around like a demented fool makes them worthy of a place ?? :? Lesbo *word censored* played like the pussy he is and was when he was with us and clichy pulled out of so many 50/50 tackles it was embarassing
Over the last few years I have constantly heard manure fans slate carrick - obviously I dont watch him as often as they do but imo he has had a very good season and was probably their best player again tonight, His intelligence and technique stands out and imo these traits would have earned him more respect if he was any other nationality than english

Carrick has had a very good season. Yes he's limited when you put him on the international/continental stage and he's hardly irreplaceable but a damn sight better than Gareth Barry. Or Tom Cleverley for that matter.

Regarding Rooney, when United 'fans' who have never actually been to any football stadium in their life claim he is scapegoated and his discipline isn't worse than the average player I tell them that I have never ever seen a player run around after referees like he does when things aren't going his way, delivering volleys and tirades of abuse with no repercussions. Unsurprisingly they tend not to believe me. At all. Imagine if MOTD did a 5-minute feature and discussion on that a couple of times a season, those 'fans' would have a field day about how they're victimised :blah: :blah:

I think it's only a matter of time before Rooney does a Gazza. He is given so much slack by referees. You could see Dean looking at him a couple of times and thinking "what did he just say, yellow, bugger he's already got one." All refs seem to have the same attitude to him though.

He's fat, unfit and volatile. It's probably a tribute to sir red-nose he's lasted this long.

Arsenal teams of the past would make damn well sure those b*stards don't win the league on our patch, but I can this lot caving in and gifting it to them. Fuck, imagine if the brazilian burger botherer was still here to see van Staplecunt score the title winning goal :banghead: :banghead:

I never leave games early but I think I'll have to make an exception if it looks like they're going to do it with five minutes to go. The only thing worse would be that lot down the road winning it at our place

Ferguson has got a much tighter leash on him than anybody else could hope to have. Moments on the level of the ridiculously petulant kick on the Montenegrin are few and far between in a United shirt, and any that occur either go unpunished or are criticised so heavily by Ferguson that it's blown completely out of proportion and focus is taken away from the initial point about Rooney's indiscipline.

So when he still, after nearly a decade, goes around screaming foul language at refs from a few feet away when on a yellow card on a regular basis it must drive Ferguson absolutely bonkers. I can't imagine how it must have felt for Rooney to bend him over and fuck him so hard he was shitting blood for months when it came to renewing his contract last time round. It must have really irked Ferguson for Rooney to publicly mug him off and then to be forced too agree to pay a player over £200,000 a week when he's worth half that (even in conflated footballing terms), but he knows it's a necessary evil if you want success in the modern game.
