I am just looking for some feedback from any of you who might be buying The Gooner via an app on a mobile device ? My subscription ran out a while back and for one reason or another at the time I didnt renew it but now I am wondering if I should subscribe via my ipad - on one hand it would allow me to read archive copies (ie those that I missed since my subscription ran out) but on the other hand is it less enjoyable to read on an ipad than it was in the more traditional magazine format ? If I'm honest, the interviews with former players is def something that would entice me to subscribe again as it is something that I have always suggested in the end of season survey.
Any advice/opinions ?

Re: The Gooner App
Haven't bought the app as I prefer the magazine format but feel it's important that we all do our bit and buy one or the other to make sure The Gooner doesn't go out of existance altogether.
Agree with you Augie the player interviews are a great feature to entice people to part with their money.

Re: The Gooner App
I still buy the print copy of The Gooner, every issue but the iPad app seems kinda cool. I read quite a lot of other magazines on my iPad & don't really feel that it's any less "enjoyable". It's good to be able to flick through stuff on the train to work etc, i'd say go for it if you don't fancy the print copies any more...
