Pfff, can't even be bothered really. We all know we were shit, Giroud was awful. A totally non existent performance, he seems to be channeling Adebayor in his final season.

What a total clusterfuck of a season that lurches from one disaster to the next. :( :banghead:

A lot of consensus on here tonight.
Good posts by all really.

Themes:

Why start players that are not fit enough?

Why play Cazorla wide? He is much better in the middle.

We are better when we pass forward and run forward, so why not start games like that?

Podolski has an ongoing injury problem; decent player but finds it hard to run.

Giroud gets in the right areas, but far too often lacks the composure to make the most of chances.
His strengths are best suited to playing with two in attack.

Ramsey was fantastic again though. So pleased for him as he's been getting so much stick since his return from what was a potentially career ending injury. He works his bollocks off for the club and the engine he has is put simply incredible.

Deserves a ton of credit.

Just got back from the game and need to get a few things off my chest. :cussing:
First off I don't normally have a pop at referees, they are only human after all and everybody makes mistakes. But tonight Neil Swarbrick was an absolute disgrace, I don't think I have seen a referee bottle decisions like he did for many a year.
I didn't think much of the lino's either.
Now us....... I'm taking the position that rosicky was not 100% fit hence the reason he stayed on the bench. Jack Wilshere is not fit..... simple as! I think the problem is Wenger doesn't have the courage to keep him on the bench, the fear being if we lose fingers will be pointed and questions asked. Unfortunately many fans are so obsessed about Jack being the saviour they fail to see whats actually going on. Now don't get me wrong I like Jack Wilshere and one day I am sure he will probably be one of if not the best midfielder in the premiership, but it has been noticeable that we have played better as a team without him.
It is not Jacks fault that Cazorla's best position is the same as his, It is not his fault that inspector clueless hasn't thought up a system where he can play all his best players. At the moment though the best place for Jack is on the bench, just a shame Wenger hasn't the balls to do it.
I have noticed on here a few people having a pop at Ramsey, well tonight I thought he was one of our best players. He may not be to everyone's liking and to be honest I still have some reservations about him, but he worked his socks off tonight made some good tackles and a couple of important interceptions. In my opinion he had one of his best games in an Arsenal shirt tonight and deserves a little bit of praise, after all we were quick enough to slate him when he was poor. :D
Finally (and I suggest you don't read any further if your a Giroud fan) why the fuck did we sign this totally useless excuse for a striker? £13 million for a fucking donkey, a fucking donkey who keeps going missing when the pressures on. He's lazy, he rolls around on the fucking floor whenever he's fouled, he's a fucking drama queen who makes out he's disappointed when he fucking misses (not as fucking disappointed as we are), he hardly ever presses the ball he just ambles around without a care in the fucking world. And fucking finally he cannot finish I bet the *word censored* couldn't finish a cup of tea! Just to make it worse did Wenger hook him...... NO! The prick stayed on and continued his impression of a professional footballer.
For fuck sake Wenger no more second rate journeymen from the french league, spend some fucking money on a real player of top,top quality as you so eloquently fucking put it. A player who can adequately replace a player the club sold For ahem "footballing reasons" :banghead: :banghead:

Giroud, shit again last night, also Wilshire's inclusion once again unbalancing the midfield, Wenger seems hell bent on fucking up our chances of finishing above the spuds.

The second half we played very well. If only he had played Podolski from the off, I think we would of won.
Giroud not up for it at the mo, but hopefully next season will be a better player. Drogba wasn't the greatest when he started with chels.
Ramsey is getting better and better, playing in the middle is where hes got to stay.
