Last few games I've used NorwaySport (via lshunter.tv, it'll be one of the first flash-links). Picture isn't the best but it isn't terrible by any means, English commentary (which despite my hate of pundits I actually prefer) and most importantly absolutely no hiccups whatsoever for 90 minutes so far.

ive been using streaming since december,i love it but now my laptop is riddled with virus's so much so ive been told to buy a new one and just use my current for the footy, proof in the pudding was this week when i had my paypal scammed!!anybody else get all those horrible virus's too??

The trick is not to click on any of those links telling you that you don't have the necessary software. You can usually find a little x somewhere on the screen which closes them down. Also you need to run anti virus/malware stuff every day. I use free AVG.

I usually try to use ATDHE.net; it has few pop up ads and is usually a steady picture. I've been using streams for 3 or 4 years on my laptop, tablet or PC and have no viruses at all. As mentioned, I don't click on anything once I'm in.
