It's just alarming how different this Barcelona team are without Messi (or a fit Messi anyway!)

Obviously he is an absolutely unbelievable talent and any team would suffer greatly from his absence, but bearing in mind the wealth of talent they have at their disposal it amazes me just how ill-equipped they are to deal with his absence/ineffectiveness.

Through the middle Martinez and Schweinsteiger have been all over Iniesta and Xavi so much they are actually mis-placing passes. Messi can't get on the ball because they're actually crowding himout and he isn't fit enough to get out of it. They should have kept Ibrahimovic for at least the semblance of a plan B.
