It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

That does sound unnecessarily pedantic but I have to say imo if you sit in the home end and celebrate you run the risk of a bit of aggro or (more likely at Fulham) some moaning prick crying to stewards.

You have my genuine sympathy, mate. Been there, bought the T-shirt and then sat there staring at it for 72 hours.
I did find one way to break an extended insomnia cycle is to get shit faced. You'll black out, get a type of sleep (not great) and feel like shit the next day, but you should then get proper sleep that night. Works for me.
Should point out I'm not a doctor though!
Thanks for the advice mate, but that was a few hours too late. I got shit faced on Thursday night and it didn't help.....I then started reading mcdowell's posts on the forum and fell asleep and just woke up a few moments ago. McD can bore butter off a slice of bread it seems.

according to some on here you arent an arsenal supporter unless you are from/live in north london, but i think they have expanded the boundaries out from islington recently to cover the greater north london area,so reckon its only a matter of time till the irish midlands are covered so then i will be a proper supporter of arsenal after 35 yrs of thinking i was a supporter but to be told you had to be born in the vicinity of highbury to be a real supporter if you get my drift.
