Weekend Games 27th-29th

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

2-2 FT. Still a good result for us but FUCK! I hope that 1 point doesn't make all the difference at the end of season.

Still think its a must win tomorrow.

A draw isn't awful for us to be honest.

It gives us a bit of a leeway if we do lose to Utd tomorrow as they're not above us and then next week it will start over again.

Let us just hope we get the three points tomorrow but failing that its not a total disaster.

Boyce is a fucking mug!

Christ, Brentford miss a penalty in the 94th minute which would have got them promoted, Doncaster get the rebound and go up the other end and score to get promoted.

How many pitch invasions today?

Funny how in lower leagues it's quite romantic and light hearted, yet in the prem you get arrested for even looking at the pitch!

If there was a pitch invasion at arsenal I bet everyone would get banning orders!

I've always maintained that Sturridge was a quality player and one that I would have loved to have seen run out for us. Been a top signing for the mousers.

It's because in the lower leagues, the clubs and fans are closer and the clubs actually appreciate their supporters. In the Premiership, the top teams seem to view their fans as nothing more than an inconvenience. A few weeks back the Barnet team bus picked up a load of their fans whose coach had broken down on the way home from Accrington. A few other clubs run a lottery for away games where if you win, you can travel to the match on the team coach. Arsenal would never do something similar.
