Champions League and Europa Cup Games

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Yep. Just heard it now after he gave the ball away.

Needs to get the fuck out of there.
First I've genuinely felt sorry for the lad. First go he sits on the bench while Bayern pummel Barca. Now he's out there as a sacrifice, run about for 90 minutes while Jupp's boys toss the last shovel of dirt on them and stick the cross in on top. Done and dusted. I'd like to see him come back before he's burnt out at Barca.

he had a 15/15 season last year, can't be far off this year (despite a LONG early goal drought)
he hasn't torn up trees but I wouldn't see him as a failure...
Barca will still win the league

Have to admit I really fucking enjoyed that. The Whores getting battered. Pique scoring up the wrong end (where have we heard THAT before?!  ) and the general lashing the Whores got. 8)

Superb. :barscarf:

Even enjoyed poor Cesc getting abused by their “fantastic world class loyal fans” {(C) every poxy media outlet in the world  }. Nothing against Cesc, a great player, but I like to think this might just make him realise how much he was loved and respected at The Arsenal and that Barca Whore fans are fickle fair weather bastards every fucking one of them. :x

Delighted two German teams fucked old Poodle Platini up the shitter with a sledge hammer and ruined his “ideal final”. :coffeespit:   8)

What this means also is we might FINALLY get a decent game of football in the CL final, 8) rather than the dive-fest the two Spanish clubs would have offered up.

Great to see the whores on the decline. And it should be pointed out that we only lost to Bayern on the away goals rule, so how good are we eh!!!

But if Bayern win it, won't that technically make us Champions of Europe, as we beat them in Germany?  #AKBLogic
Does this mean when you have sex with your missus you're really having sex with last bloke she had sex with? :? And when g88ner finally gets to nail his ex will he really be having sex with all of us? :?

Public Viewing

Post by Tomáš »

Hi Gooners,
do you think that the City of London will have a public viewing for those who can not make it to the ground?
There will be one in Dortmund, but I think a lot of BVB Fans (and Bayern also) will travel to London regardless if they have a ticket or not. PV would maybe be a nice thing, what do you think?

Cheers,
Thomas

Evening Tom,

Firstly, best of luck for the final. I don't imagine that there will be a public screening of the match in London. They've always had a problem with showing matches on big screens as they claim it's a public safety worry. If you have a ticket for the final, go to London, have a drink, have a laugh and watch the match. If you don't, I'd honestly say that you'd have a better time amongst your own fans at home and you won't have to pay the expensive bar and pub prices either. Anyway mate, here's a special picture for you:

Hi Perryashburtongroves,
thanks for the pic :-P !

I can see why they don't want to have a PV. I'm not sure, I've used to live in London (Twickenham) so I know what you mean, but it is still a once in a life time chance. Hope to get a ticket via the lottery, but so do 500.000 other BVB Fans

Cheers,
Thomas

P.S.: Some good read

You have to come over for it... You might get lucky and get a ticket, but if you don't then you'll still have a brilliant time I'm sure. And the atmosphere in Dortmund won't compare with being amongst 100,000 Germans in London! I wasn't lucky enough to get a ticket when we played Barca in the final, but still went to Paris - and there were many more Arsenal there without tickets than with. Had a fantastic time, and maybe because we lost I'd say I had a better time than a mate who was in the ground...with no alcohol....!!!
