D'oh, i posted in the wrong thread :banghead: Copy & paste from the other one....

Holy shit, the waiting list has been updated. Only 10 months late. And i've moved up a whole 2,000 places lol. I smell BS, considering in the last two years I moved 9k and 11k places respectively

3. you can't reply to tell 'em as its one of those 'no replyxxxxx' addresses!

My email said:
Thank you for the fantastic support you have shown throughout the 2012/13 season. We would like inform you that your membership renewal window for the 2013/14 season will open once we have confirmation of our final Barclays Premier League position.
Once this has been confirmed you will receive a renewal email and booklet in the post advising you on how to renew your Gold level membership as well as inform you about all the new membership and ticketing enhancements that will be available to you.
We are also pleased to announce that we have decided to freeze all Gold level membership pricing for the 2013/14 season. There will also be a finance offer available to Gold level members should you need assistance in financing your season ticket. Please note that your renewal deadline is Saturday 1st June 2013.
We look forward to welcoming you back as a Gold level member for the 2013/14 season.
Yours sincerely,
The Arsenal Membership Team

I was wondering about that myself... I could understand if we were in a relegation battle, but surely our final position is irrelevant from a ST renewal point of view???

Unless of course they are planning on changing things in the event of a 5th placed finish (i.e. Europa League)... Maybe they have (for once) listened to fans and will reduce the number of cup games that we have to pay for?? If not that then why the delay???

That's exactly what I think too, if we end up in that shit competition there'll have to do something about the 7 cup credits, that's the only explanation with regards to that line!

CL/Europa League qualification is the reason, was fairly well documented that they are debating the pricing structure if we only get Europa.

They will knock a tenner off :barscarf:

Wonder whether they will still charge for 7 cup games, but say that Europa League only counts from the knock out stage onwards.... That would then give them the opportunity to charge Carling Cup type prices for the Group stage....

So the season ends in mid-May, they won't give us any more news until then and expect us to have paid a fortnight later.

Not a bad shout actually, it will go a little towards placating people paying a fortune to watch a Europa League team play and also give more of an opportunity to get a new generation of people involved. Only problem is it seems to make too much sense for us to implement...
