Thoughts are with you skizz. For me after me Mum passed the first year was the worst....especially the One Year anniversary, I got myself away from everyone and everything - out in The Black Mountains for a couple of days...so I could 'vent & grieve ' properly etc....

it's a bit weird to be honest OBG, feel a bit like I'm being carried along with it all. doesn't seem normal still, completely alien, but still doing OK that's the main thing.

I'm relatively light skinned but I tan very easily, think it's my old dear's Bajan genes. can go out in the sun for 15 minutes and get a tan. I came back from Sharm el Sheikh looking like Andre Santos, but less fat.

spent the weekend in Bath, was the first time i've been down there. really beautiful, would ask why all the country can't be so picturesque!
