Players on twitter

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

So it seems like most of current and some recent players are on twitter , have any of you got any banter going with anyone , for example Diaby , that is just asking for stick ?????

I don't follow any, like most Arsenal fans on Twitter they tweet nothing of value. There's probably only a handful of people (20-30ish) actually worth following on there.

I follow a bunch but there's not really much point. Clubs regulate player conduct on Twitter nowadays to the point where it's lost that personality that made it interesting in the first place. I have more fun interacting with other Gunners fans. @CanadianGunners 8)

I love twitter but don't follow any players, players are all twats. I even follow a lot of fools from here :wink:

not AFC, but one of my mates once got in an argument with Adebayor on twitter, told him he was stealing a living, he said something to the effect of I get paid shitloads to play football so worry about yourself. true story lol

and now his account is gone :lol:
