Re: ARSENALS WEEKLY WAGE
Not that it makes much difference rebs, but are these figures pre tax or after tax ? Normally when negotiating with "foreign" players they like to talk about their wages after tax but in engerland it is understood to be before tax
A few quick pointers on these figures -
1 For those of you who have slated sagna's attitude on here this season can I suggest you look at these figures ? At the moment he is on the same wage as giroud, chamakh, denilson, santos, the klingon and the perma injured diaby - after a few seasons of outstanding play, how can he be valued as the same as them ?
2. That cunting phw has always claimed that he takes nothing from the club.....explain the £1500 per week then you dithering old b**tard
There is no way that he can be running up expenses like that every week
Never put a penny into the club, lived off grandaddy's investment and his name plus now he is taking money out of the club....a total c**t
3. I would have expected the scouts to be on more money
I know if they were being paid for performance then the fools would actually owe the club money but lets be honest, £600 per week is a pittance in a multi billion business - they are a lot of people working "in the real world" earning more than them each week

Re: ARSENALS WEEKLY WAGE
Who would give this clown access to our full-year accounts? He did one of these a few months ago and just guessed all the figures and made it add up to our total wage bill. Few things suggest this one is also bollocks:
- Firstly I don't imagine they go around giving random clowns access to the full accounts.
- The total sum is for our 2011/12 total (which will likely have risen by about 5%) yet it includes this season's new players.
- Director's figures are the same as 2011/12 accounts (including bonuses) - I imagine at least Gazidis' will have changed.
- Surely our accounts show what we actually paid, yet he has players who have been on season-long loans clearly on full whack. Does anyone believe we're paying Denilson £60k or Park £50k ABOVE what their loan clubs pay them?
Not to say that none of the figures are accurate but overall I would wager it is complete bollocks yet again.

Of course its not 100% correct but it isnt that far away as the wage bill at the Arsenal is £143m.The 4th highest in the premiershipnorthbank123 wrote:Who would give this clown access to our full-year accounts? Re: ARSENALS WEEKLY WAGE
I know of the the reserve team players on that list very well, he gets a lot more than £750 a week.
Doesnt look genuine at all to me.
Doesnt look genuine at all to me.
Re: ARSENALS WEEKLY WAGE
To be fair to the guy who did this, he did make it clear at the time that a lot of it was estimated.
There no doubt are a lot listed there as getting more than they really are … but that only means others are listed as getting far less because the overall total is accurate. The point he was making about the obscene wastage still stands as far as I can see.
It’s also stuff like this that should blow the myth that Wenger has been denied funds. However, some people still cling to that nonsense regardless.

Incredible amounts of bollocks are spoken about all aspects of football, but never moreso than when someone 'reveals' the wages of players.

Re: ARSENALS WEEKLY WAGE
What jumps out to me is Walcott on £60k when that clearly can't be what his new contract is for.
So interesting read but not very accurate figures I assume.

Re: ARSENALS WEEKLY WAGE
Aside from the other obvious glaring errors and the underlying stench of bullshit he's used the wage bill for the year ending May 2012 (and supposedly looked at the detailed accounts, which will be for the same period) - it will probably be over £150m now based on recent trends. For a start, Podolski, Cazorla and Giroud were not even at the club over this period so how their wages contributed to the £143m figure from 2011/12 is beyond me.
The mere fact that we spend £143m on wages in our previous season given the state of the squad is more than enough to complain about without the need for somebody inventing individual figures. The big downside of the rise of social media and blogs are that lying self-important twats like this somehow manage to gain widespread attention.

Re: ARSENALS WEEKLY WAGE
That list has been going round the internet for a few months.
I know that it is not accurate because someone I know got sent an Arsenal player's wage slip in the post by mistake (they get a fair bit of his mail) and told me what they got paid, and it is not what is on that list.
