Exactly the case. Although seeing completely apathy pisses me off (think there was a picture of our subs motionless with their faces hidden in coats after Arteta's winner v QPR that sums this up) this prick goes to embarrassing lengths to try and ingratiate himself to Spurs fans as one of them. Agree with every word, very well said. It shouldn't be forgotten that Freund was a wanker as a player.

I also think there are some no.2's (and Freund is a no.2 in every sense) who want to show the manager how much they care as well as the fans. Chelsea had a coach under Mourinho who did this. Might have been Steve Clarke, but whoever it was, he was always celebrating while looking at Mourinho ... as if he was wanting to catch his eye.
