Mourinho Signs 4 year deal at the chavs

Post by LeftfootlegendGooner »

Well, it was the worst kept secret in football, but 4 years suprises me, reckon he will last 2 at the most

EDIT:

Just seen his odds on SSN, 14 to 1 to win league and FA cup double, 200 to 1 to win treble with CL in with the other 2 and 1000 to 1 to win the quadruple, might have a tenner on the last one

In the last few days I am reading comments about how his old allies cashly and pikey terry are still there but didnt he fall out with the pikey before his sacking ? I thought that I read/heard something saying that scumbag terry prompted his sacking by having a word in abramovich's ear :?

whatever people say especially the idiot sheep who worship Lord Wenker about Abramovich and Chavski always chopping and changing manager be sure of this horrible fact,Chavski have completely left us for dead the past 8 years and even won the Champions league before weve ever managed to,i expect them to win it again before we even make another final while Wenker remains in charge. At least Abramovich and mourinho are winners something Kreonke and Wenker could never be accused of unfortunately.whilst the chavski band wagon rolls on we stagnate

I think that it's harsh and Wrong to accuse Wenger of not being a winner, clearly he is and has won a lot of silverware, I put this to anyone, had Mourinho been restricted with a budget transfer fund as wenger has had what do you honeslty think he would have won.....

I'll go first.....Fek all

He no longer guarantees success and football in this country has moved on since he left. Remember he's taking on a squad that has peaked, he'll have some tough decisions to make and at Real Madrid, he fell foul of the players and supporters when he tried to make tough decisions. I'm just pleased they didn't keep hold of rafa, he would've made them genuine title contenders as I believe rafa is a better coach than mourinho.

I suppose the only FACT you have to consider is we pay the 4th highest wage bill and come 4th, yes that is a fact, so what other fantastic manager is winning the PL on a budget

As i always say to those who say Mourinho buys success.Porto.Yes those big spenders of the Portugese league who won the CL in 2004 yes the year when we had our greatest team
He gets big jobs because he is a winner. He will never celebrate 4th place like our clown of a manager

I'm sure the Chelsea fans and the English press were there to greet his return to Chelsea, you know his biggest fans.

I respect his ability to win trophies, I don't like him as a person and I never have. Wish were in a position to cause him extreme difficulty in a football sense, but we're not. Doesn't matter who Chelsea have they'll always compete, it will be interesting to see how Pellegrini and Moyes stack against him in the three way shoot out for the title [It will probably come down to two].

As for us, it could and should be Wenger's last season, we can get some closure and move on.

Haha that old chestnut, the were by FAR the biggest spenders in portugal and the year he won the CL was asbig a fluke as when Liverpool and Chelsea won it (everyone here agrees how lucky those to were or are we gonna change our opinion now to suit the argument) and equally porto, manure destroyed them in football terms but missed a hatful of chances.

He since went to inter  chavski and real, remind me what the chosen one won with probably the most expensive squad in world football.

I will have a bet he doesn't win the pl or cl with chavski in his next tenure.

Then he'll be off to manage Rangers once they've returned to the spl

Chelsea will be stronger this year, United weaker. City probably about the same, Sp*rs could be worse but could just as well be about the same even if they sell Bale (assuming they get some good players with that money). Liverpool could also be better, give or take what happens with Suarez. Everton will be weaker.

Point is, Arsenal have work to do on the field and business to do off of it. Mourinho and Chelsea are going to be fired up for this year and the rest of our opponents won't be too far off. Have to keep up with the pace, especially if we want to "challenge".

Whatever anyone thinks of Mourinho (and for what its worth I think he's a great manager but a nasty, spiteful shitebag of a man), he has got Wenger's number and you can trace Wenger's demise back to Mourinho's first season in England when he broke the duopoly of us and United. Whilst Fergie and the Self Harmer were arguing on a weekly basis, Mourinho came over bought (admittedly at a high cost) a first class set of players and made Chelsea dominant for 2 years.

Whilst Ferguson was inspired by his new rival and determined to overturn Chelsea at the top, Wenger chose to play the Financial Fair Play card, moaning and bleating about clubs spending beyond their means. Ferguson then did the same to City......his teams were a major factor behind both Mourinho and Mancini losing their jobs. Did he sit back when Real tapped up Ronaldo, and City did the same with Tevez.......nope. He might have been outspoken at the time but he got on with rebuilding United, not worried by looking over the neighbour's fence to see what was going on.

Mourinho really rattles Wenger.....he knows it, he plays on it, and he gets on with beating him time after time

*word censored* or not, this is a bad appointment for the Wenger followers but it now means the top 3 is out of sight
