Although the want of some spending is obviously a good thing and shared by the fans, the fact that after barely a season he thinks he can start issuing ultimatums goes to show that until we start winning things again, our club are essentially considered a stepping stone by almost everyone!!  :banghead:

Can someone remind this useless c**t that the one trophy we were well placed to win and would have set us off on a road to possibly more was f**ked by him and Chesney.

Christ Almighty we are not exactly talking about Thiago f**king Silva or Hummels or even a young TA.

I don't mind Jack saying it, even Santi even though it would be a bit premature from Santi, but where the f**k does Koscielny get off demanding this that and the other. Give us a couple of seasons where you don't cost us a few goals, own goals then start issuing demands but till then STFU and honour your contract you average piece of sh*t.

Is this what our great club has come to, being issued with threats from this average c**t. F**ks sake, that kid Varane is more of an accomplished defender than you and will probably take yourplace soon in the French national squad.

I'm looking forward to you gifting Brazil at least one goal on Friday you avreage c**t.

Couldn't have put it more eloquent myself 8)

107 league goals in 187 apps for Madrid looks very handsome indeed, until you realise that despite playing for the Argentine national team the *word censored* was still bloody born in france :rubchin:

People ought to remind the former Ligue 2 legend that the reason that we haven't won any trophies was this...

I Hate Hleb wrote:'Show some ambition or I will look elsewhere', says Koscielny

“I feel good at Arsenal. I’ve just come to the end of a complicated season, especially the first six months, but it’s over now”, Koscielny told Eurosport.

“I want to win titles and I hope the club has the means. It deserves it. Does the club want to keep me? That question is also there.

“If the club has the means to compete with the best, I have no reason to leave. But if it fights every year for Champions League [qualification] it’s hard psychologically to be under such constant pressure.

“I do not want to go anywhere. Of course I want to know another championship, but it’s complicated.

“I want to lift trophies and to have a winning record. I hope the club will give me the means. If this weren’t the case, I’d look elsewhere.”

I've had a bad feeling about Kos for some time now. I wouldn't be surprised if Barcelona make a move for him. They are looking for a centre-back and they love signing Arsenal players. Also Kos would be cheaper than Hummels.

Bacary Sagna admits move back to France from Arsenal is possible

Arsenal's right-back Bacary Sagna has admitted he could return to play in France. The French international confirmed he is in talks to extend his contract but refused to rule out a move to Paris St-Germain or Monaco.

The big-spending French pair are said to be monitoring his situation as Sagna is entering the final season of his current deal at the Emirates Stadium.

Asked whether he could return to play in France, Sagna, who is currently on international duty, told l'Equipe: "It is possible. We would have to see in which conditions and, in sporting terms, what they propose. I won't go just anywhere.

"If I stay at Arsenal, I will try to have a good season – there's the World Cup at the end of it. If I am to leave, it will be a new challenge," said Sagna, who joined Arsenal from Auxerre for €9m in July 2007. "There are talks [with Arsenal], but I still haven't extended my contract. I am talking, and I am not at a bad club either."

Absolutely no way and I don't believe Wenger would be stupid enough to resign a perennial disappointment who took long enough to shift off the wage bill in the first place.

But who else can dink the 4th in the 86th minute victory over Chesterfield in the Carling Cup :barscarf:

Lightweight, inconsistent, bottler, which we are the attributes that we are trying to rid our squad of. No thanks.

Agree 100%. Who does this billy big bollocks think he is....Nicklas Bendtner?

The guy cost us the League Cup final - simple as. In his first season he was like a fragile little rag doll getting roughed up by every team with a half physical centre forward. He's had even less of a purple patch than Samir Sixmonths Nasri, FFS. Have a little watch of the first half of the League Cup game at Reading from only a few months ago and surprise, surprise, there he is again wimping out against Jason Roberts.......bounced around like a little kid. Fuck off to Barcelona if you want to. My only hope is that we rob them of £15m+ to join the ranks of other 5 minute wonders like Hleb and Nasri

There were people on this forum comparing the guy to Tony Adams after the Newcastle away win.....jesus wept

If he does go then this is just another example of the modern day Wenger / Kroenke model. Buy a Joe Average fuckwit from Ligue 2.........put up with 2 years of absolute shite........watch the player finally adapt and produce 10-15 half decent performances......sell to highest bidder

And people wonder why the modern day Arsenal and their so called 'aspirations' of qualifying for the CL no longer excite me......

Then you are not aware of what Koscielny actually said in this article. He actually says that he believes Arsenal are showing ambition, but if they werent then he would be looking elsewhere by now. That article is just an example of what the media do best, create a headline implying a certain meaning to draw in readers, but then write an article contradicting it.

This is not a dig at you but next time you should read the article before going off on one and turning on one of our own players.
