1.Who do you consider to be the most accomplished football CEO currently working today?
2.Cycle parking on Drayton Park was originally a splendid thing but has been increasingly shoved to one side and variously full of debris and stuff left 'out the back' of the shop - a modest matter of housekeeping but a bit of an irritation? Can you rectify this?
3.You have overseen a large expansion of Arsenal penetration and profitabity that has largely rebuffed the recession. What is the percentage of back office running and staffing costs of total annual expenditure, excluding the on-field team staffing spend?
4.What plans do the Club have to improve the pre and post match entertainment offered to fans?
5.When can we expect to see free Wifi at the Emirates Stadium?
6.How long will take for the new financial fair play regulations of UEFA to take full effect and produce a more level playing field in the Premiership?
In my opinion there were some questions that had real possibilities to be on the money but ended up being a softly softly watered down questions -
1.There are some fans who criticize yourself, Dick Law, and Mr Kroenke and ask what do you do? Can you explain your specific roles within the club and your perceived successes that has allowed the club to grow both on the playing side and commercially
2.The Board must have been aware of a significant groundswell of negativity from supporters towards the club - and its Manager - in mid season. How much does this affect the running of the club; does it affect the short and long term planning, and does it act as a stimulus to improve or have a negative, undermining effect across the whole organisation?
Hands up, I am a cynic - I see fans groups representing me and I cannot associate with this touchy feely bullshit relationship that some have with the club ? I am fully aware that because questions had to be submitted in advance so the "stronger" questions may not have made it through but ffs how would any fans group allow questions to be submitted on their behalf, where they are asking about wifi, litter control and pre match entertainment ? I go to matches to be entertained on the fcuking pitch not in the concourses and if being able to web browse is crucial to my enjoyment then I dont deserve to be called a Gooner

All the things going wrong within the club and we get this
