SUMMER TRANSFERS - Your thoughts on who did and did not sign

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Also, it is likely that Madrid want a deal done quick as they're eager to sign Bale.

Making 22m and freeing up a space in the attack says a lot.

If it happens, then what a result! We get a proven striker and it also could mean Real Madrid get Monkey Boy! Winners all round!

Just hope we don't fuck this up because this guy looks the real deal .
If what has been said prior is to be true then we've agreed a deal with Higgy when Wenger met him and his father last week. Papers reporting we've had a fee agreed and are set to sign him. Now, betting never gets suspended if any of this was bollocks - especially from Sky.

Didnt they suspend betting on fellaini joining us last week ? :?

Well that blows that theory out the water then! (they probably suspended betting on Joe Cole as well, after seeing that monstrosity of a thread on this forum   )

Maybe we should try my theory instead...

Red sky at night, shepherds delight; red sky in morning, Huguain's joinin' :barscarf: - all we have to do now is watch the sky over the next 18hrs or so, and we'll have an answer 8)

I never make up false rumours but I just got told from a credible source that Higuain has already signed, that Williams has too for 8m

Ya never know when it comes to transfers though

I doubt if we have a centre back at the club that I wouldnt pick ahead of ashley williams  For me I would rate BFG, kos, tv5 and miguel ahead of him but of course if we do signing a top quality player like higuain then it is only to be expected that we sign some sub standard shite or the world will be off-balance    :banghead: :cussing:

I'm not tbh rigsby - miguel, while not the finished article, is still young enough and has shown me enough to suggest that he might become good enough. Ashley williams is almost 29 years of age and whose main claim to fame has been the fact that "he could have killed" a player by kicking the ball at his head  Where was this quality defender before this season ? Stockport county is the large part of the answer to that question and if buying ligue 2 players is offensive to some then how can signing this donkey be any different ?

I'm sorry but the words 'essential reading' and ArsenalNewsReview' is a sort of oxymoron and should never - and I mean NEVER - go together in the same sentence!!
