THE WENGER THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I see the Rooney 'interest' has raised its ugly head again. Clearly the few thousand ST holders who are ummming and arrrring about whether to renew are being handed a few tempting morsals from the top table again

Yuk, that an ugly fat, has been, and fairly overrated has been, mercenary should target us to resurrect his Coleen fashion design label.

PSG announced Blanc on 2 years. I don't think there was ever any chance of Wenger moving there at the end of the season but this has put paid to it.

Why thank you TL. This time of the year, apart from discussing the bollocks the newspapers come up with each day, there isn't a heck of a lot to talk about really. Roll on August when the depression can start all over again

What on earth is he going to do with 300 burgers, 300 sausages and 50 racks of ribs ?

Typical Wenker, to fuck up everybody's plans for a decent summer.

Bouldy hang on in there for just 1 more season. :barscarf:
Don't worry about me or the meat stash Stuart. On the contrary this rumour mill about PSG is exactly the same as what went before with Real Madrid rumours the last time Lord Cuntybollocks contract was up for renewal.

If anything it will provoke another fan march with the worshippers dressed in their "I Luv AW" T-shirts which will provide me with even more material to piss myself with next season when we're limping home in 4th place on the final day at Carrow Road.

There is no way that Wenger would join PSG - he'd be expected to buy the world's leading players and win things. Here he can continue to earn £7m a year and never win a thing. He'll declare publically how he doesn't agree with how they run the club and sign up for another 3 years which will be lauded as a great show of loyalty on his part and dear old Patrick Barclay will write a 2 page special Ode to Arsene.

He's going nowhere. As if the board would supposedly finally let him spend £22m on Higuain without having first agreed in principle that the founder of the club, Sir Arsehole Wenker, hadn't already agreed to stay on for a couple more years at least.

The BBQ will soon be confirmed

Now that the Swansea chairman has sorted things with Laudrup for (at least) this season, I'm hopeful he will take over from Wenker at the end of the 2013-14 Season.

Employ him? He should quit and let Keown replace him

I reckon Keown spoke more sense in 2 minutes there than Wenger has in the last 8 years.

I believe it's a quality known as coaching or something like that
