Other sports

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

Speedway, fellas last saturday English guy Ty Woffenden came third in the Polish gp while riding with a broken collarbone fair play to the boy when you compere those prima donnas rolling around the football pitch in agony when they have tripped over their bootlaces.

Yep  .... NB123 has to ask himself why and think about the "pounding" that fans of other sports took :barscarf: :D

And you've only hated rugby since the dwarf throwing incidents by the England team.

Although, I'll admit that was partly because it was kind of wonderful just looking at a nice pony. I love ponies. >sigh< And sewing machines. And some male actors.

Well, I just thought it was unfair of them to be just chucking you around the place like that. Especially given your "weight issues".

Football is my favourite sport. My love for the game has waned as Arsenal's fall from grace has coincided with my own playing abilities (I have pretty much hung up my boots and the only runnout I get is the OG v Sunderland fans).

Boxing comes in a close second :box: and the more I see overpaid footballer rolling around on the floor I find myself preferring boxing more.

Mrs Goose would probably kill me if I was in to other sports as she thinks I spend too much time on football and boxing as it is but if I had to choose a third it would be darts (and any other sport I can drink at with the exception of cricket).

Chicago vs Boston game 5 tomorrow night. NHL Finals. Football is my favorite and American football is my 2nd. But NOTHING beats the NHL playoffs for intensity and overall greatness to watch both in person and on TV. Especially when your team is in the finals :D :barscarf:
