Re: The "Nicklas Bendtner progress" thread
What baffled me is that the papers etc seemed to think he was a banker to leave this summer, just because a few teams were interested. Shit journalism - it's not as though there's never been some average European clubs interested, and it's not as though we haven't been willing to get rid cheap. Despite his bravado the real problem has always been his refusal to get off the AFC gravy train - and you can bet he'll be running down the last year of his contract out on loan, even though it'll be at the expense of a fresh start.

It was also reported that the Turin-based outfit did not shift a single replica shirt of the Dane during his time at the club.
Lies!!! Look at this:

Re: The "Nicklas Bendtner progress" thread
Maybe Arsenal can loan him out to Frankfurt and pay some of his salary? I mean what is the purpose of a player who does not play?

Good spot sir, I'm glad to see people are not letting this besmirchment go unpunished. Never worry, I have contacted the rag in question to put them rightRed Gunner wrote:Frankfurt cast doubt over move for Arsenal striker Nicklas BendtnerTomáš wrote:also in the english papers

They probably won't print it due to the continuing campaign against Nicklas but they'll read it, by god they'll read it. I might actually start a campaign, I'm sick of these rags mentioning his wages (which he earns and deserves) in a disparaging manner. Yes, yes, I will start a campaign. Stay tuned, let's stop the lies and the smear campaign and lets show the world that we all love Nicklas and all he stands for.

Right lads, the campaign starts here, please complete this short Bendtner survey and I'll send the results far and wide

I think you've even outdone your previous brilliant work with this one safcftm!!

All the questions and options were excellent but I particular liked the following message when I made the cardinal error of ticking only one option to the question "what are Nicholas Bendtner's best attributes?" : 'I'm sorry, you must have made an error, Bendtner has many, many more positive attributes than that, please tick all of them to proceed.'

After all the hard work safcftm has put in I think everyone should have the good grace to fill it in.

Hull City are interested in him
One of the top strikers in the world and it's down to Hull City to get him, as Mastercard would say 'F**King priceless'

Tomas, you have quite obviously not worked in football for 30 years, with these new fangled concepts of yours.
Don't you know that it is imperative to have a few highly paid players, that you cannot sell on, who do not contribute to the team / squad and just sit about on their big fat arses, collecting their highly inflated wages ?
