It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.
Seen neil young and crazy horse last night in Dublin, great show but didn't do any of his classics, which was disappointing.
Hadnt been to Dublin, for years, really enjoyed it, fantastic city.
Saw Blondie at Thetford Forest supported by the Lightening Seeds.
Little disappointed but I guess at 67, she ain't doing too bad. Vocals a little iffy here and there but to be expected and didn't play a couple of classics - Denis, Touched by your Presence Dear in favour of new material. 7 out of 10.

Even years earlier her transformation from sex symbol to washed up hag was astounding. Cerys Matthews is another who's followed in those footsteps.
I was also tempted to add Bonnie Tyler but she was never a sex symbol - I just felt she needed recognition for how fucking rough she is now!
Going to see Elvis Costello on Thursday night, really looking forward to it, up there with the greatest song writers of all time, and a great live performer.

Be prepared, he did just under 3 hours without a break when we say him in London a couple of weeks ago! Magic.

Paul Weller in concert last night at Thetford Forest, had never seen him before.
Was an excellent gig, I am more of a Jam fan than Weller's solo work, but even so really enjoyed myself (he did sneak in my 3 favourite Jam songs too which helped - Start, That's Entertainment and A Town Called Malice)
