Real Madrid Sack Capello

Post by tenementfunster5 »

Get ready for the Wenger to Madrid stories. Capello has been sacked meaning Le Boss must be on his way.

Real president Ramon Calderon told Marca newspaper: "We've laid the foundations, but we need to find a more enthusiastic way of playing."

So thats it then, the end is here???

The move clears the way for Getafe manager Bernd Schuster to succeed Capello in the Spanish capital.

Can anyone realistically imagine Arsene agreeing to become the manager of Real Madrid given the notoriousity of its president in interfering with team matters?

Real Madrid are sacking Capello because the style of football he insists they play but it can't be a bad way as he has won the title this year after a gap of 4 and has done it countlous times at other clubs such as Juve.

If Real Madrid didn't have such a bad history of the way they treat their managers then I might be worried, but can't see it and that is one story i'm happy not to need to worry about.

Unless you win the champions league at Barcelona or Real Madrid you might as well pack your bags. The spanish clubs are known for it and Im surprise Frank Rikard is still there after the way Barca collapsed last season

Well Real have had two managers who won the Champions League and got sacked straight after.

Maybe they will approach Vic Akers as they want someone who can dominate domestically and in Europe and play attractive football.

Well spotted Chopper ! It seems that Madrid either like you or they dont! I'd hate to see what they have to pay in severance money though !
