we've challenged twice in the last 5 years, both times I think managed to finish 4th in a 2 horse race
not sure what you mean by 20 years...? We won plenty in the 90s and noughties.
If we sign two/three world-class players and they settle in straight away, I believe we can challenge for the title. But if that doesn't happen, it's another fourth place trophy for the Arsenal...

This team has failure written all over it and each season it's only a good last 6-10 games that even gets a CL place.
Win the title?? With Chezza in goal....or worse....Flappy? Our forward line of Walcott, Gervinho, Lee Chapman and very occasionally Poldi knocking in tons of goals?? A midfield including regular starts for Ramsey, Diaby (ok, not regular for him thankfully), Rosicky etc, fuck, we'll even have Barry Bender up front in some games at this rate.

4th or if we have a great season (by our usual Groundhog Day standards) 3rd but unless we buy 4 world class players in 4 different positions and/or jettison the silly old bastard of a manager we stand no chance of challenging for major honours

If - IF - we make some decent signings - (Higuan/fellani/Cesar) we might finish 3rd - but the way things are looking with the incapable duo of wenger &gazidis and their incompetence in the transfer market - we will be extremely lucky to finish in the top 5...if the scum manage to hold on to Monkey Boy they WILL finish above us
