THE GOONERSID BOOK THREAD

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

Anyone read Dan Browns latest "Inferno"?
I know his work is hardly high end, but I think they are great page turners and a good poolside holiday read so that's me sorted for my week in the sun.

Update on my first self published novel. Sold a good few, but mostly to family and friends to be honest and nowhere near enough to give up the day job! :(

Anyway, if anyone wants a bargain pressie for someone those cheeky cúnts at Amazon have taken £3 off my novel. The fuckers. :censored: Better come out of their end and not mine! :x

My copy landed today,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,yeehah.
Bruv told me he liked the first few pages. Tonight the cant finished it off for me.
Those virgin uncreased pages are tainted, and no longer mine. I feel dirty.

Heh, saving it for my flight on Tuesday.

Halfwat through 'Sit Down and Cheer - a History of Televised Sport' by Martin Kelner. Great read! Informative, funny, and very easy to get engrossed in each chapter. Recommended.

Fuck ya's all. bollix (sic)

I am saving it for my visit to Bali. Have to leave here every 90 days, to re-enter again.
So I shall finish it then.

In all honesty I haven't had the chance to read.
Bruv has the back garden newly excavated for a swimming pool and I am foreman for the job, keeping the tradies up to their work, lazy bastards.
Still cycling everywhere and every day. Footy training with the U10's, swimming on the beach even though the water is not warm the temps are 19-22 degs. Got burned and seventeen fucking mozzie bites on my legs.
I shall finish this highly entertaining tome whilst sunning myself in Bali.

Now let DB10 be, yer feckers.
