THE WENGER THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

For me the begining of the end was the sale of Fabregas , Nasri and to a lesser extent Clichy . This showed the plan to use youth and play beautifully had failed. Overnight Arsenal lowered their sights from winning to being top 4. Maybe it was the foreign investment in other clubs and Arsenal thought we cannot compete . To soon after sell RVP told everyone that Wenger knew that we would never trouble manure and citeh ( how do you sell the top striker in the league to the competition who is already better than you and expect to finish above them ???????)

Then this year to take the pressure off the manager we make bids which we know will not be accepted.

He really should go , deja vu , same old same old Wenger . :banghead:

They have until September because everyone bar us as strengthened their teams

Lets face it most of the shit (denilson squilatchi mannone etc) has gone this summer with some of it ie Bendtner being unable to shift due to his massive wages..... When does Wenger actually take a look at himself and his recent signings and contract offers and realise its not good enough

When I fuck up at work I straight away work out how I did it so it doesn't happen again, why doesn't he?

massive long shot and I may be talking crap but as its so hard to protest about lord wenker in his temple of worship then how about a banner flying over the emirates by a plane??!!!I know it sounds nuts but if we all threw in some ££££ we could do it,that would really really show him how we feel plus imagine the media attention.where theres a will theres a way, what ya reckon???

Not an expert but I don't think you're gonna get clearance to fly over a 60,000-seater stadium in London when there's a game on?
