im tempted to go with theobut think he will be better once eboue has knackerd there LB out, i have put ade as sub becuase i think this is a great game to really kick him up the arse, plus also save him for a very important league game on sat. i thik the big dan can wear there defence out as much as ade can physically, and if he dont get a goal brink ade on for last 25-30.

but we all know ade will start so duno why i bother lol

The only change I would want to see is Eboue for Walcott. I think Theo is starting to show us a little bit more at the moment and delivers a better end ball than Eboue.

for me toure is a more effective player when at centre back rather than right back.

If that didn't work then you obviously need to change the brand or increase the dosage!!

I too am an insomniac and that was primarily the reason I began smoking in the first place (around the age of 14). Booze works to some extent but I found that I was feeling less rough next day on the skunk so have stuck to that. I do sometimes have to mix the two things though when I'm really struggling to drop off.
