The stuff about the ref I don't get at all

First penalty was absolutely stonewall and he allowed a brief advantage before bringing it back for the original decision to be made correctly

Second one was a clumsy tackle. You could argue there was a connection with the ball but at least half the time that decision would have been given.

Our defending was wide open. There is no midfield screen for the defenders which is always the case when Arteta doesn't play

Its all so predictable its untrue. Blaming the ref is a sideshow. As I've said many times before you regularly see other teams with 10 men hold together better than that......we just fell apart

First pen he played on, they shot and missed, then gave a pen, not allowed.

If you're going to continue WUMing then at least learn the rules. The ref is allowed to play on for a brief moment to see if an advantage is gained.....it wasn't and the right decision was made. The second penalty saw him get a slight touch on the ball but he clattered the player and I would have made the same decision

Two bookings were both correct for the new Tony Adams (Jesus, whoever posted that after his goal at Newcastle fucking come out from hiding now). He's about as comparable to Tony Adams as Giroud is to Messi

My concern would be if villa throw on the big beanpole (Swedish ?) striker alongside benteke cos we aint good at dealing with an aerial onslaught

On the way into the ground today I purchased my copy of the Gooner which has gone up by 50p, I don't mind that there not a global brand or a large plc... unlike Arsenal who are, but I notice have also increased the programme price by 50p and little increases on food and drinks too.
Personally I don't spend inside the ground or in the shop... I just thought how ironic it was that with a 100+ million sitting in the bank doing fuck all, they try and squeeze a few more grand out of us on matchdays!

Just take a look at the Wenger love in when on the tour of asia a few weeks back... The club couldn't give a flying fuck what happens at the bowl, as long as the long distance fans keep buying the merchandise Wenger will remain as manager.
